Originally built in 1937 as the bunk house for the Depression-era dairy farm that once occupied a portion of what is now The Cache, the Bunk House still sits on its original site, directly across from the Woodland Home Company patio homes. Rather than replace a piece of the propertys history, we thoughtfully restored and reimagined it as our Design Center, preserving a small part of the land's story while creating a place where the next chapter begins.

Today, the Bunk House is where the vision for every Woodland Home Company patio home comes to life.
